About Our Visionary
Dina Barazza is the President and Chief Learning Officer of The Talent Consortium, a human-centred consulting practice specializing in human resources, leadership development, and high impacting performance solutions.
Our consortium partners with organizations to deliver strategic HR advisory services, leadership development, and diversity-driven learning programs that are practical, sustainable, and results-focused.
Through a collaborative model, The Talent Consortium brings together a collective of experienced practitioners with deep industry insight to design solutions that strengthen people, processes, and organizational performance. Each engagement is customized to meet the unique needs of corporations, startups, and not-for-profit organizations.

With more than 30 years of experience spanning human resources, organizational effectiveness, learning and leadership, education, business development, sales, marketing, project management, and the not-for-profit sector, Dina brings a broad and strategic perspective to her work. Her approach is grounded in ethical leadership and a strong belief that meaningful results are achieved when people and performance are aligned.
A trailblazer in leadership, mentoring, networking and learning, Dina is also a professional and motivational speaker. She is a passionate advocate for personal and professional growth, with a particular focus on empowering women, persons with disabilities, and emerging professionals to lead with confidence, purpose, and impact.
Outside of her professional work, Dina is an avid reader and a strong proponent of nature-based well-being practices, including forest bathing. She values time spent outdoors and with her animals, drawing inspiration from these moments to support balance, reflection, and resilience in both life and leadership.
